Commenting on the German federal government’s new start-up strategy, eco’s Managing Director Alexander Rabe has the following to say: “The plans (...) for start-up funding appropriately address two essential factors: (...) more women in IT professions, and more IT competence in Germany through mandatory ICT education from secondary school level upwards."
