Statement on the NIS2 Implementing Regulation

The European Commission has published an Implementing act on the NIS2-Directive and started a consultation thereupon. The Implementing Act shall reflect on the provisions set out in Articles 21 (5) and 23(11) of the NIS2-Directive.
