The CSA Digital Email Summit 2021 will once again gather the best minds in the industry online. Year after year, the CSA welcomes advertisers and email and Internet service providers to the CSA Email Summit. For the second year in a row, the internationally renowned, English-language event will take place as an online-only event. In numerous webinars, the Certified Senders Alliance (CSA) makes insider knowledge for the professional sending of commercial emails accessible free of charge. The organisers expect hundreds of marketeers and technicians from all over the world to attend the presentations of many top email experts. The event series, which starts in spring, is divided into two parts by a summer break. There is a Spring and an Autumn edition.
“In 2020, we made a virtue of necessity in the pandemic and reached hundreds of industry experts around the world with the Digital Email Summit online,” says Maike Marx, Marketing & Event Manager of the CSA. “With the Digital Email Summit 2021, we want to continue this success story. Increasing the quality of commercial emails together
The series of events will kick off on 26 May with Lauren Meyer, Executive Vice President of Product Marketing & Brand Strategy at SocketLabs. The webinar “Bringing Email Education to the Masses” is about education and the transfer of basic knowledge within one’s own organisation. Best practices and strategies for successful email marketing should be widely available in companies. Jessica Hill of SparkPost, talks about Competitive Tracking and shows how you can track your competitors’ emails and improve your deliverability.
The CSA is expecting hundreds of experts at the event series to exchange views online on the latest technologies and trends for sending commercial emails such as newsletters and transactional emails. Registrations for the various events are now open.
