    What is Universal Acceptance?

Universal Acceptance (UA) ensures that all domain names and email addresses are treated equally and can be used by all Internet-enabled applications, devices and systems.

Achieving Universal Acceptance ensures that everyone has the ability to navigate and communicate on the Internet using the domain name and email address that best aligns with their interests, business, culture, language, and script.

    geoTLDs & Universal Acceptance

geoTLDs are expressions of digital identities for cities, regions, language and culture.  They contribute to the creation of a more diverse and inclusive internet ecosystem.

Universal Acceptance solves practical issues with software and applications that are not yet updated to recognise and process domain names and email addresses of their choice because they are longer, don’t use a two- or three letter TLD,  or use IDNs.
