Data protection: According to reports, the EU Commission is not planning to revise the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), but will instead focus more on its enforcement (euractiv). It remains unclear how to proceed with the ePrivacy Regulation.
Cybercrime: Last week, after lengthy follow-up negotiations, the United Nations working group on cybercrime presented the revised draft of the UN Cybercrime Convention.
