eco Survey: Germans Hesitant to Use Digital Health Services
A Civey survey commissioned by eco shows that, despite extensive digitalisation measures, digital health services are only used by a minority of Germans. eco Managing Director Alexander Rabe calls for action: “The German federal government must encourage a new mindset among the population and further catalyse progress so that everyone can benefit from the advantages of digital health services.”
