News CW 45 (06.11.2023-10.11.2023)

Finalisation of the EU Digital Identity Wallet trilogue: The Parliament and Council have reached an agreement in the negotiations on the revision of the eIDAS Regulation. In the coming weeks, the European Digital Identity Wallet will then be adopted or ratified once again in Parliament and Council.

Data Act adopted by the European Parliament: On 10 November, the European Parliament adopted the Data Act. The approval of the Council is still pending.

Cyber Resilience Act: On 8 November, the Council and Parliament met to negotiate the progress of the Cyber Resilience Act. No agreement was reached in this third round of negotiations.
