Console, the enterprise software and interconnection company that is changing the way businesses directly connect to their customers, vendors and partners, and DE-CIX have announced a strategic partnership.
The partnership enables over 800 networks from more than 60 countries that peer on the DE-CIX exchanges worldwide to gain secure and easier access to leading cloud services such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure and the Google Cloud Platform, as well as software-as-a-service (SaaS) providers and enterprises around the world using the Console software and interconnection solutions.
Console’s network automation technology provides customers with secure connectivity to a global ecosystem of cloud service providers without the configuration complexity. Additionally, Console customers across more than 160 Console PoPs in over 23 countries now have access to DE-CIX’s Internet exchange services. This will allow enterprises to get a direct and easy access to the world´s largest peering ecosystem of DE-CIX. The partnership will start initially with services via the DE-CIX exchanges in Frankfurt and New York, with additional locations to be announced.
