The reuschlaw team deals in particular with questions of liability law relating to digital and physical products in Europe, reports Philipp Resch in an interview.
Mr Reusch, could you please give us a brief introduction to your company, reuschlaw?
reuschlaw is one of the leading business advisory firms in product liability law and has been advising nationally and internationally active companies since 2004 with a focus on product safety law, product liability law, data protection & cybersecurity as well as recall management, insurance law, compliance management and contract law. We resolve all liability law issues relating to digital and physical products in Europe. As a legal consultancy, we use many digital solutions and support our clients efficiently and practically.
Which digitalisation topics are particularly important to you?
From a professional point of view, this concerns the digital transformation of legal services. As a citizen, I hope for digitalisation of the administration.
What are the special challenges of your industry at the moment and how are you working on them?
The labour shortage is unfortunately also an issue for commercial law firms. The standardisation and digitalisation of sub-areas of legal services is one of our approaches to improving, if not solving, the current situation in the longer term.
How do you expect your membership in the eco Association to support you in this regard?
Many of our specific issues are also on the agenda of all companies in different forms, and their approaches to solving them will help us. We therefore focus on interdisciplinary exchange.
What opportunities does digitalisation offer us in the future?
Individuality can become more prominent at work and lead to greater job satisfaction for people.
