Mr Asci, could you give us a brief introduction to your company, creoline?
As a cloud provider from Germany, we offer dedicated and virtual server solutions for companies that are hosted on our own enterprise hardware. With our high availability solutions, we also ensure that system-relevant servers of our customers are available and ready for use at all times. As a certified Microsoft Service Provider, Shopware Hosting & Technology Partner and GitLab Open Partner, we also offer our customers a reliable and secure cloud environment for their business processes based on Windows & Linux servers.

Which digitalisation topics are particularly important to you?
We are particularly focused on the automation of processes in order to increase efficiency and productivity in our company. By implementing continuous integration and deployment, we ensure that our customers’ systems are always up to date and provide the best possible performance. At the same time, we pay attention to data security to protect our clients’ privacy and the confidentiality of their data. We use modern technologies and best practices to ensure the highest security standards for our customers.

What are the particular challenges facing your industry at the moment and how are you working on them?
Right now, the cloud & hosting industry is facing several challenges. Companies like ours need to ensure that they implement robust security measures to prevent data loss and cyber attacks early on. In addition, the scalability of hosting & server solutions is an important challenge, as demands on resources are constantly increasing. Last but not least, cloud & hosting providers need to develop innovative solutions to meet the ever-increasing demand for efficiency and performance while promoting environmentally friendly practices.

How do you expect your membership in the eco Association to support you in this regard?
Our membership in the eco Association provides us with a platform to collaborate with other leaders in the cloud & hosting industry and share best practices and innovations. We can benefit from the experiences of other members and work together on solutions to current and future challenges. We also gain access to up-to-date information and industry insights that help us stay current and constantly improve our services to customers.

What opportunities does digitalisation offer us in the future?
Digitalisation offers us a multitude of opportunities for the future. It allows us to develop new business models, as well as processes and access to global markets, as digital technologies enable faster and more efficient delivery of products and services. Automating processes is facilitated through digitalisation, which can lead to increased efficiency and cost savings. Last but not least, digital transformation enables the use of data for data-driven decisions and the development of personalised customer experiences, leading to improved customer loyalty and competitiveness.
