2026 Abuse Workshop @ Nordic Domain Days
eco's topDNS Initiative & iQ Global
invite you to the fifth Abuse Workshop at Nordic Domain Days 2026 in Stockholm!
eco's topDNS initiative is once again a proud partner of the Nordic Domain Days and invites you to attend the workshop on fighting online abuse on the second day of the conference.
The E-Evidence Regulation introduces new obligations for service providers, including domain registries, registrars, and hosting companies, to respond to European Production and Preservation Orders. The Regulation, in force since August 2023 and applicable from August 18, 2026, allows law enforcement to directly demand electronic data from service providers in other Member States, bypassing traditional mutual legal assistance with strict deadlines.
This workshop will equip participants with practical knowledge and tools to handle these requests correctly while safeguarding due process, data protection, and operational efficiency.
The detailed agenda for the workshop will be shared shortly.
