The Law & Regulations Competence Group serves eco's member companies and creates an information platform on current legal and regulatory issues at both the German federal and state level, and at EU level. The Law & Regulations Competence Group meets at regular intervals and coordinates lobbying work as well as the exchange among members. Through the eco Association, members are thus given the opportunity to actively participate in legislation at an early stage and to thus take part in shaping the future of legal policy.
