Global Digital Compact: According to media reports, negotiations on the ‘Global Digital Compact’, which is to be developed under the umbrella of the United Nations, have come to a standstill. Criticism has been particularly vocal because the previous drafts were aimed at weakening the Internet Governance Forum.
