This year marks the 10th anniversary of this prestigious event, presented by longtime eco member EURid, and they’re looking for the most impactful, innovative, and stunning .eu, .ею, and .ευ websites out there.

Anyone eligible under the Web Awards rules can nominate their website or their favourite .eu, .ею, or .ευ website. The categories are:
- The LEADERS category: The website represents an SME or an established national business with a stable and growing customer base.
- The RISING STARS category: The website represents a start-up company that is in the process of developing and finding its niche in the marketplace.
- The LAURELS category: The website represents a not-for-profit organisation or an institution such as a school, training program, charitable organisation, etc. that promotes ongoing education/pan-European projects.
- The BETTER WORLD category: The website represents green initiatives and environmentally friendly businesses, such as eHealth, Smart Cities, Intelligent Transport solutions, and Smart Agriculture.
- The HOUSE of .eu category: The website or blog represents companies or private persons in the news, media, art or entertainment industry, such as news portals, advertising agencies, art galleries etc.
The top 15 finalists (three per category) will be announced on 4 September 2023. And the grand finale, a spectacular awards ceremony, will be held on 16 November 2023, in Brussels, Belgium.
