The Internet industry is therefore the key industry and growth engine of our time. Its part in the economy as a whole has been increasing for years, and the sector has recorded the strongest growth in turnover of all industries. As such, taking advantage of the opportunities and potential of digitalisation is essential to make us fit for the future.

The eco Capital Office serves as the voice of the Internet industry in political Berlin and Brussels. To this end, our interdisciplinary team of lawyers, political scientists and PR experts brings its entire expertise to bear.

In the eco Competence Group Law & Regulations, we develop positions and statements on current legislative processes together with experts from our member companies, thereby actively participating in Internet policy debates in politics and the media.

Our board members are regularly invited to take part as experts in hearings in the German Bundestag and ministries.

At our numerous events, we bring politics and business into dialogue with each other.
