The 2023 update of the eco Index Monitor provides forecasts on macroeconomic trends as well as on growth and development prospects of different market segments and sectors.

In 2023, the focus is particularly on the short-term, medium-term and long-term revenue effects of artificial intelligence on the Internet industry. “AI has reached another milestone and has already begun to significantly transform most industries”, say the study authors. The calculated eco Index is based on a four-layer model for mapping the Internet industry.
