DE-CIX New York has managed to grow to the second largest Internet Exchange Point (IXP) in the New York metro area within two years. This alone is amazing.
If you look at the IXP market in the US in general, you can also see an outstanding result. Out of about 80 Internet exchanges (listed by TeleGeography) in the United States, DE-CIX has managed to become the seventh largest Internet exchange in the whole US market within two years. From zero to seven in 24 months.
