2000: Change of company name to NDH IT Service AG – establishment of the business area ASP (Application Service Providing)
2000: Merger with PIRONET AG to become PIRONET NDH AG; management board responsibility for the area of Operational Services
2003: Development of the ITC outsourcing portfolios and founding of PIRONET NDH Datacenter GmbH
2005: Expansion of the software and IT service spectrums. Approx. 350 workers meanwhile employed in nine German and European PIRONET NDH locations
2009: Establishment of the cloud portfolio and commissioning of a second high-security data center and a new core backbone
2011: Appointment as CEO/Chairman of the Management Board of PIRONET NDH AG
2012: Strategic corporate restructuring of PIRONET NDH AG to become a high-growth, highly profitable cloud provider
2013: Market analyst Experton names PIRONET NDH as one of the leading cloud providers in the German medium-sized business market
2014: PIRONET NDH AG realizes the best consolidated result in the company’s history und multiplies its market value
2014: Resignation of Management Board mandate und sale of shares to PIRONET NDH AG
