Digital Services Act – First anniversary of a largely unknown creature
The Digital Services Act is a European law, but its implications are relevant to companies around the world that offer their services to the European market. One year on, there is still considerable uncertainty about the Act, its scope and the requirements for businesses that fall within its scope. It is also safe to say that many companies have not yet begun to comply with the requirements, including the appointment of an EU representative for non-EU based companies.
During this webinar, the following topics will be covered, amongst others:
-Applicability and territorial scope
-Requirements
-Liability issues
-Reporting duties
-Representative requirements
A joint service offering to facilitate compliance with the DSA will be presented during the webinar.
