The booking of the ISDs tickets has four steps.

In the first step, you choose the number of tickets you would like to book. If you have received a promotion code, you will need to enter it here to activate the discount.

In the second step, you first enter the billing address of your ticket booking. After you confirm the billing information and click “Next”, enter the information about each ticket holder. A XING account is not required for this.

By entering the personalised ticket data, you also fulfill the third step: the details of hotel requests and workshop bookings.

In the fourth step of the process, you first choose your payment method. Finally, you will receive a summary of your booking details and complete the ticket purchase.

When purchasing in advance or per invoice, please note that your participation in the ISDs is only possible if our ticket service provider has already booked the receipt of payment at the time of admission.

If you have received a promotioncode to obtain a discount, you must enter it at the beginning of the ticket booking process. After confirming the entry, your advantage will be directly visible in the ticket selection by a new category to choose from or a reduction of the ticket price.

When you enter your personalised ticket data, you have the option of booking your hotel room at the ISDs. You will find this option below the personal data for each ticket. Here you will also find the booking options for the ISDs workshops.

Have you missed something when booking? Then please contact us by email at events@eco.de. You will then receive a promotion code from us, which you can use to make up the booking of workshops and/or hotel rooms. The process is the same as the normal ticket booking with a promotion code. Please note that the personal data provided must be the same as the original ticket booking.

You will not be able to attend the ISDs 2022 on site after all and would like to cancel your ticket? Please contact events-storno@eco.de to find an individual solution for you. In general, the following applies according to our General Terms and Conditions, which you have agreed to with the ticket purchase:

• The participant is entitled to name a substitute participant in writing at any time if the person registered for the event is unable to attend.
• A cancellation fee of EUR 50.00 will be charged for cancellations up to eight (8) working days before the start of the event unless the participant can prove that eco has incurred a lesser loss or no loss at all.
• Cancellations received later than eight (8) working days before the start of the event will be charged the full participation fee as per invoice.
• In case of a no-show of the participant without cancellation, the regular participation fee will also be charged.
