The 'Framework Conditions' working group of the eco Association's 'AI in Practice' initiative cordially invites you to the next meeting.

We analyse and design relevant legal frameworks in connection with the use of AI in companies. Key issues include the identification of current and future laws such as the AI Act, the Data Act and the GDPR, as well as their impact on providers and users of AI technologies.

Questions:

• Which laws are relevant now and in the future and how will they affect providers and users?
  (AI Act, Data Act, GDPR ...)
• The question of governance: Who is responsible for the use of AI in the company?
• Theoretically, these laws would have to be analysed, compared, points of intersection worked out plus points of intersection for technical implementation
  ... that would be a 3-year project.

Objective:

• Handout/checklist: When is a company impacted by the AI Act?
• Segmented representation of a generalist AI application, matched to the relevant sections of the AI Act.
